Abundant sunshine will be a nice way to end the week with mild highs in the upper 60s. Winds will be lighter Friday afternoon before a weekend warmup.
Weather tonight: Clear and chilly
Skies stay clear Friday night as winds stay light. Overnight lows will be slightly above average, but still chilly in the upper 30s.
Looking ahead: Warm weekend, then first freeze
The weekend starts with mainly sunny skies, but Denver could see a few clouds slide through in the afternoon. Highs on Saturday will be in the middle 70s.
Sunday is even warmer as highs are near the 80-degree mark with light afternoon clouds.
Monday is another warm one with sunny skies and highs near the 80s.
Tuesday brings in changes with more clouds, cooler highs in the upper 50s and chances for rain and snow later in the day. The Denver metro could see its first freeze on Tuesday night, before light snow chances on Wednesday morning.
Highs on Wednesday will be chilly in the upper 40s.
Sunny skies are back for Halloween with below-average highs in the upper 50s.
