Winds will be out of the southwest anywhere from 5-15 mph.
Weather tonight: Mostly cloudy and mild
Clouds will linger Monday night as overnight lows drop into the upper 40s nearing 50 degrees. Winds will be out of the northwest anywhere from 5-15 mph
Looking ahead: Shower chances, much cooler
The next big change moves in on Tuesday and Wednesday. A cold front will move in bringing mountain snow showers on Tuesday, and increasing clouds in Denver ahead of the chance for showers.
With temperatures reaching a high in the 60s on Tuesday, then falling near freezing Tuesday night into Wednesday morning, there will be a chance for a wintry mix of rain and snow.
Higher elevations could pick up a couple of inches of snowfall from this event, Denver’s warm temperatures over the last few days will make surfaces too warm for any snowfall to stick.
